Booth Information
You must call or fax to request an application. Applications cannot be faxed. Include name, address, phone number and what you would like to apply for - artist/crafter with art medium, food, game, etc.
BOOTH SETUP
- Thursday, April 24, 1-6 p.m. (structure only)
- Friday, April 25, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Friday, April 25, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.
- Saturday, April 26, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Sunday, April 27, 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
On Sunday, do not load out until the last performance on the stage nearest your booth has closed. We will not permit cars or trucks on the festival gounds when crowds are watching a performance.
All booths are required to be open during specified hours both days. Exhibitors will be responsible for all booth structures, set-up, and furnishings, i.e. tables, chairs, extension cords, signage, lighting, drapes, etc. Participants will be asked to leave without refund if not in compliance with Festival rules. No exclusive rights for sale of any item will be guaranteed. Booth participants are responsible for cash on hand to make change.
